PROVISION FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AN X-RAY PARCEL AND MAIL SCANNER AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE


The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva is inviting suppliers for the provision for the supply and installation of an x-ray parcel and mail scanner and maintenance contract for a period of two years with an option to extend the contract for one year at the Permanent Mission of Singapore located at Avenue du Pailly 10, 1219 Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland. The quotation period will be from 1000 hrs on 4 April 2024 to 1700 hrs on 12 April 2024 (Geneva time).

3          Quotations must be submitted to Mr NEO Wilson at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab). Please indicate the subject as “Provision for the supply and installation of an x-ray parcel and mail scanner and maintenance contract for the Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva”. All submissions should reach the Permanent Mission no later than Friday, 12 April 2024 at 1700 hrs (Geneva time).


4          The Quotation schedule and award notice will be published on the website of the Permanent Mission https://www.mfa.gov.sg/Overseas-Mission/Geneva-WTO/Procurement-Opportunities (opens in new tab).
