PROVISION OF INTERIOR PAINTING SERVICES FOR THE GOVERNMENT-OWNED PROPERTY AT PARC DES MAYENS 14, 1218 GENEVA


The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva is inviting suppliers for the provision of interior painting services for a government-owned property by the Permanent Mission of Singapore located at Parc des Mayens 14, 1218 Geneva, Switzerland. The quotation period will be from 1000 hrs on 11 November 2024 to 1700 hrs on 22 November 2024 (Geneva time).


2          The documents (i.e. Specifications) and any requests for clarification may be obtained from the Permanent Mission’s Quotation Receiving Officer:

3          Interested vendors shall make an appointment for a compulsory site survey on 14 November 2024 at 10.00am at Parc des Mayens 14, 1218 Geneva. Bids submitted by vendors who did not execute a prior site survey will not be accepted. Please contact Attaché (Admin & Technical), Mr NEO Wilson at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg or call +41 22 795 0101 to arrange for the site survey.


4          Quotations must be submitted to Mr NEO Wilson at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Interior Painting Services for the Government-owned Property at Parc des Mayens 14, 1218 Geneva”. All submissions should reach the Permanent Mission no later than Friday, 22 November 2024 at 1700 hrs (Geneva time).


5          The Quotation schedule and award notice will be published on the website of the Permanent Mission https://www.mfa.gov.sg/Overseas-Mission/Geneva-WTO/Procurement-Opportunities.
