PROVISION OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE PERMANENT MISSION OF SINGAPORE IN GENEVA AND ITS FOUR (4) GOVERNMENT-OWNED RESIDENCES

The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva is inviting tenders for the provision of Facility Management Services (“Services”) at the Permanent Mission of Singapore (“Chancery”) located at Avenue du Pailly 10, 1219 Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland and at four (4) residences owned by the Government of the Republic of Singapore in Geneva and Founex, Vaud. The tender period will be from 1000 hrs on 17 January 2024 to 1700 hrs on 20 February 2024 (Geneva time).

2          The tender documents (i.e. Specifications, Conditions of Contract) and any requests for clarification may be obtained from the Permanent Mission’s Tender Receiving Officer:

3          Interested bidders shall make an appointment to attend a tender briefing which is a compulsory component of the tender. Bids submitted by bidders who did not attend the briefing will not be accepted. The tender briefing will take place on Monday, 29 January 2024 at 0900 hrs at the Chancery.

4          Please contact Mr NEO Wilson for arrangements concerning the tender briefing.

5          Tender bid submissions must be sent in secured envelopes by hand to Mr NEO Wilson. Please indicate the subject as – Provision of Facilities Management Services for the Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva. All submissions should reach the Permanent Mission no later than Monday, 20 February 2024 at 1700 hrs (Geneva time.)
