PROVISION OF THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOUND SYSTEM AT THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN GENEVA


The Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva is inviting suppliers for the provision of the supply and installation of a sound system at the Permanent Mission of Singapore located at Avenue du Pailly 10, 1219 Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland. The quotation period will be from 1000 hrs on 10 May 2024 to 1700 hrs on 24 May 2024 (Geneva time).


2          The documents (i.e. Specifications) and any requests for clarification may be obtained from the Permanent Mission’s Quotation Receiving Officer:

3          Quotations must be submitted to Mr NEO Wilson at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab). Please indicate the subject as “Provision of the supply and installation of sound system for the Permanent Mission of Singapore in Geneva”. All submissions should reach the Permanent Mission no later than Friday, 24 May 2024 at 1700 hrs (Geneva time).


4          Interested vendors who requires a site survey shall make an appointment from 13 May 2024 until before the quotation closing deadline on 24 May 2024 between 8.30am to 5.00pm. Please contact Attaché (Admin & Technical), Mr NEO Wilson at MFA_Geneva_WTO_Procurement@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and copied to wilson_neo@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) or call +41 22 795 0101 to arrange for the site survey.
