INVITATION TO TENDER

The Government of the Republic of Singapore, represented by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore (located at Avenue du Pailly 10, 1219 Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland) would like to invite vendors to participate in the Tender for the Replacement of Official Vehicle (not exceeding 3000cc) for the  Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the World Trade Organisation and World Intellectual Property Organisation in Geneva.

3        Requests for the Tender documents (including “Instructions to Tenderers” and “Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria” shall be made in writing and directed to:

4        Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted to the Permanent Mission by hand in a sealed envelope as stipulated in the “Instructions to Tenderers”.  The closing date for this Tender is Tuesday, 21 April 2026, 1700 hours.

5        The Permanent Mission does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of the Tender Offer.
