Senior Minister of State (SMS), Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Mohamad Maliki Bin Osman participated in the 28th World Economic Forum (WEF) on Africa, which took place in Cape Town, South Africa from 4-6 September 2019. At the event, SMS spoke at a session on "Reskilling for the Fourth Industrial Revolution", where he shared Singapore's experience in investment in human capital, including our SkillsFuture initiatives and Industry Transformation Maps. SMS also met with WEF Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab where they exchanged views on the business outlook and opportunities for Africa.
